Young entrepreneurs in a business model canvas workshop filling out strategic frameworks — representing cultural and sports enterprise institutional development

Challenge

  • Young cultural and sports entrepreneurs participating in incubation and acceleration programmes lacked the institutional business modeling frameworks needed to structure sustainable ventures and demonstrate economic viability

  • Without practical tools and structured advisory support, participants struggled to translate creative and athletic ambitions into coherent organisational models capable of attracting investment and scaling impact

  • Insufficient strategic clarity around value propositions, revenue models, and growth assumptions constrained their ability to engage credibly with institutional stakeholders and programme evaluators

Diaax Response

  • Designed and facilitated two in-person Business Model Canvas (BMC) training workshops in Bizerte and Monastir — developing a structured institutional development programme tailored to the profiles of cultural and sports entrepreneurs

  • Developed and delivered customised training materials and practical frameworks — equipping participants with the institutional tools to design, validate, and refine their business models with strategic rigour

  • Guided participants through the design and refinement of their Business Model Canvas — strengthening business model clarity, institutional sustainability, and strategic coherence across all ventures

  • Provided hands-on coaching during workshops to help participants validate key business assumptions, and prepared a comprehensive mission report with activity summaries, evaluation results, and strategic recommendations

Impact

  • 2 Business Model Canvas workshops delivered across Bizerte and Monastir — reaching cultural and sports entrepreneurs at key incubation and acceleration stages

  • Enhanced institutional business modeling capabilities — with participants equipped to design credible, sustainable ventures with clear strategic and financial foundations

  • Strengthened organisational sustainability and growth readiness, with practical frameworks embedded to support long-term institutional development beyond the programme
