Leading practitioner in institutional transformation and strategic capacity building, working directly with governments, development organisations, and public sector institutions.
Dr. Diaa AlJuneidi is the founder of Diaax and a leading practitioner in institutional transformation and strategic capacity building. With over 16 years of experience working alongside governments, development organisations, and public sector institutions, he brings a rare combination of strategic rigour and on-the-ground execution depth to every engagement.
His advisory work spans the full arc of institutional change — from diagnosis and design through to embedded implementation and long-term sustainability. He has supported senior leadership teams across Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Qatar, the UAE, Oman, Turkey, Libya, and the Comoros in navigating complex reform agendas, including large-scale national transformation programmes. His engagements span strategic planning, governance reform, organisational redesign, performance management, and leadership capacity building.
Dr. AlJuneidi holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) and an MBA in Strategy, grounding his practice in both academic rigour and practical institutional realism. He works directly with senior decision-makers — not through layers of junior consultants — bringing principal-level counsel from first conversation to final outcome.
Senior leadership engagements across the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and beyond.
